Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be given a 14-day credit towards future services.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to the appointment are not eligible for a service credit.
Cancellations must be made by phone call at (424) IV-FOR-ME.
Patients that fail to show up for an appointment without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.
Memberships are non-transferable and are valid for 30 days. Memberships can be renewed on a monthly basis.
